Training is divided into two stages:
Basic training :
For young people under the age of 15.
Development training :
For those over 15.
A TRAINING PROGRAM OF EXCELLENCE
We train our youngsters in a way that is based on the standards of European soccer, i.e. soccer that is fast and more direct, rather than spectacular.
The training provided by the Academy staff, in conjunction with club coaches, is designed to encourage our young players to acquire the habits of hard work, rigor and effort that will prove indispensable in all situations. They will thus develop high-level technical and motor skills, strengthen their athletic and mental potential, and exploit their individual qualities in a collective game project to better understand the different aspects of the game.
For the youngest newcomers, the Academy also offers physical training sessions, several a week, run by the physical trainer. Cardio work, sheathing, abdominal strengthening, muscular flexibility: the session is dedicated to improving the player’s physical condition and aerobic and athletic capacity, also through evaluations and tests. The fitness trainer advises and monitors progress or difficulties encountered in the challenge of surpassing oneself.
Extremely useful for observing individual performances, video provides indispensable behind-the-scenes work for clubs looking for their future players.
The aim of video is to work on correcting individual shortcomings, analyzing performance, working on movement and, above all, providing an indispensable tool for progress.
Thanks to the efficiency of our cameraman, they will benefit from a global vision of each gesture during detection.
